Estimates
• If you decline the estimate, there will be a $40 in-home service & estimate fee.
• Russell Itokazu will notify you for authorization if upon further inspection of your computer,
. you require additional parts or labor not stated in the original estimate.

Computer Repair
• You must provide the original software media and license key (if any) for software installs
. and/or operating system reloads.
• All hardware and software repairs are warranted for 90 days from the sales receipt date.
• Extended hardware warranties may be available through the part manufacturer.
• Please make backups of your data in the event of data loss. Russell Itokazu is neither
. responsible nor liable for your data.
• Russell Itokazu is in no way responsible for re-acquired viruses, worms, trojans, spyware
. and/or adware after the computer has been cleaned or repaired.
• Recontamination via internet connectivity is a risk taken by you, the user.

Payments
• Returned checks will be assessed a $30 service fee.
• ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS GIVEN.
